Project Leader
Project Leader primary responsibility is defining, planning, tracking and managing projects that are assigned to them. She/he is responsible for identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project timelines and budget objectives. She/he is responsible for ensuring the appropriate management, client and supplier involvement throughout the life of the project. She/he must be able to manage project schedule and task details and efficiently utilize project leader tools. She/he must be able to manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
PLS CADD Design Specialist
Is responsible for the detailed design of transmission lines. Key responsibilities include development of drawings, calculations required for the construction of new facilities as well as major additions, replacement, clearance and re-conductoring of existing electric lines. She/he is expected to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with contractors and personnel. She/he prepares design deliverables for transmission lines, including plan and profiles, structure loading analysis, conductor and shield wire analysis, material selection, detailed design of line hardware, access roads and construction specification in compliance with safety, environmental and client standards and policies. Furthermore, the Transmission Designer will contribute to the development of project estimates and schedules, evaluate design options and criteria for technical merit.
Sr. Engineering Assistant
This position provides support and assistance to all staff in project management, planning, coordinating, reporting, monitoring and cost control. She/he assists senior staff with the preparation, development, review and implementation of departmental policies/practices into current projects administrative lifespan. Provides assistance in the application of basic process engineering tasks throughout a project lifespan under direct technical supervision. In addition, there is exposure to our production practices and processes with opportunities to contribute to our continual improvement initiatives.
